Cancellation & Transfer Policy
We understand that competition plans can sometimes change. Please read our cancellation and transfer policy carefully before booking.
CANCELLATIONS
21 days or more before your competition
You will receive a full refund of payments made, less a $50 administration fee.
15–20 days before your competition
You will receive a 50% refund of payments made.
14 days or less before your competition
Your booking is non-refundable.
TRANSFERRING YOUR BOOKING
If you cancel within 14 days of your competition, your booking may be transferred to another ICN NSW competition held within 12 months of your original booked show.
Transfers cannot be used for competitions held outside NSW, Australia.
IF YOUR COMPETITION IS CANCELLED
If your competition is cancelled by the federation or due to government public health orders, Skinz Stage Team will retain a $50 administration fee.
The remaining amount you have paid will be refunded to your account.
